Amy Kiley is an experienced educator and mentor with over two decades of work supporting early childhood professionals across classrooms, program leadership, and in higher education. Her background includes teaching, coaching/advising, and guiding educators through credentialing and professional growth pathways. Throughout her career, Amy has worked closely with educators navigating complex systems and requirements, which has shaped her commitment to providing clear, accurate guidance and meaningful support. She founded unlockED PRO to ensure early childhood professionals have access to high-quality instruction, mentorship, and a learning experience that respects the realities of their work.
